The Peninsula Small Business Service is reserved for businesses with  5 employees or under. The service will help you to deal with all your HR, employment law & health and safety, allowing you to focus on what is important to you - growing your business.

Writing up employment documentation, such as main terms of employment, is just one aspect provided by the Small Business Service. Peninsula also update the documentation they provide as and when new legislation is implemented.

Representation costs incurred at any employment tribunal are also covered by indemnity insurance.

Businesswise - online management tool

There are a range of features available on Businesswise, including the essential absence management system and the SafetyWise Responsibilities Planner.

Businesses can manage personnel and/or health & safety matters easily, and, in conjunction with consultancy services, deal with employment issues or problems as they arise.
